Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website and placing an order. By ordering through the website, you agree to the terms described below.
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "Best Sushi" (the "Merchant") and the users ("Customer") of the bestsushi.bg website. The Merchant offers food and beverages for order with delivery to an address or pickup from the restaurant, within the announced working hours and delivery area.
Orders are accepted only within the announced working hours of the restaurant. Each order is confirmed automatically after successful payment or selection of cash on delivery. The Merchant reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled (e.g. out of stock, technical issue, outside the delivery area), notifying the Customer and refunding any amount already paid.
All prices on the website are in Bulgarian Leva (BGN) and include VAT. The Merchant reserves the right to change prices at any time, which does not affect already confirmed orders. Payment can be made online by card or in cash on delivery/pickup, depending on the available options in the website.
Delivery is carried out within the announced delivery area and working hours. The estimated delivery time is provided for informational purposes and may vary depending on workload, traffic and weather conditions. When choosing the "pickup" option, the Customer receives the order at the restaurant address.
Under Bulgarian consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to the delivery of perishable goods and food. For this reason, the Customer does not have the right to withdraw after the order has been accepted, except in cases of a confirmed discrepancy between the product and what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product), for which the Customer should contact the Merchant immediately.
In case of a problem with a received order (missing items, wrong product, food quality), the Customer should notify the Merchant within a reasonable time from receipt, by phone or via the contact form on the website, describing the issue and, if possible, with photo evidence.
The Merchant makes an effort to keep the information on the website (photos, descriptions, ingredients, allergens) accurate and up to date, but is not liable for possible technical errors or discrepancies. Customers with food allergies or intolerances should review the listed allergens and, in case of doubt, contact the Merchant before ordering.
The content of the website - texts, photos, logo and graphic elements - is the property of the Merchant and is protected by copyright and related rights law. Copying and using them without prior written consent is prohibited.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). More information about the cookies used on the website can be found on the "Cookies" page.
The Merchant reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, with the changes taking effect upon publication on the website. Continuing to use the website after the changes are published is considered acceptance of them.
Bulgarian law applies to all matters not settled herein. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached - by the competent court or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
